Scrum is often described as 'easy to understand but difficult to master.' The greatest highlight of MJ's training is that it offers a comprehensive wealth of knowledge that helps Scrum Masters make Scrum much more approachable when teams and Product Owners put it into practice. Through engaging workshops and deep dialogue, you can truly internalize the meaning and purpose behind each and every rule and concept, big or small. To ensure a solid understanding for every Scrum Master, the room was packed with various workshop contents and worksheets; the process of co-creating solutions while brainstorming with table peers and engaging in full-group discussions was genuinely fun and highly rewarding. Furthermore, the core workshop materials were entirely in Japanese, and all explanations were accompanied by Japanese interpretation, so there were absolutely no language barriers despite having an English-speaking instructor.
