After working at a steel company and a financial information distribution company, co-founded Odd-e Japan with an American partner.
While being a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®) authorized by the Scrum Alliance®, a global agile organization, also serves as the Asian regional leader for the Trainer Approval Community (TAC), which is responsible for developing future CSTs, thereby driving the adoption of Scrum and mentoring future generations across Asia. Beyond business hours, co-founded SukuSuku-Scrum in 2009—Japan's first Scrum Alliance® certified community—and helped launch other initiatives like TDD Boot Camp, creating an environment where Japanese engineers can enjoy learning.
