Profile: Terry Yin is an Adaptive Coach within the Odd-e team.
He has 20 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to joining Odd-e, he spent over 10 years at Nokia's headquarters in Finland (a leading developer/vendor focused on telecommunication infrastructure facilities and wireless technologies), working across multiple key teams in telecommunications, the internet, distributed systems, and embedded systems, focusing heavily on R&D management and agile transformation.
He has coached Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) and technical software development practices at a wide variety of software companies.
With extensive experience in training and consulting on agile software development and software engineering (including Scrum, Test-Driven Development, systems engineering practices, and analytical practices), he actively contributes to both agile and open-source communities.
Furthermore, Terry has over 25 years of active experience as a programmer, spanning across numerous domains.
His open-source software static analyzer is used in many large organizations.
Including Nokia, Ericsson, and the ATLAS experiment at CERN, they are also developing the LeSS website .
