We have confirmed multiple cases of suspicious emails impersonating our representative or employees, deceptively requesting the creation of or invitation to LINE groups.

These emails have no affiliation with our company and were not sent by us. As there is a high possibility of fraud or malicious intent, we urge you to exercise extreme caution.

1. Examples of Suspicious Emails

   The following content has been observed in these fraudulent emails:

   Subject:

   [Important Notice] | Guidance on Business Adjustments

   Body:

   For business purposes, please create a new LINE group.
   - Do not invite others.
   - Just 'creating' the group is sufficient.
   Once created, please send the QR code for the LINE group to this email address.

   *Emails such as the one above were not sent by our company. Our executives and employees will never request the creation of SNS groups (such as LINE) or the submission of QR codes via email.

2. Preventive Measures

   If you receive a suspicious email, do not follow its instructions. Please take the following actions:

   • Never click on any URLs provided.
   • Never open any attachments.
   • Do not reply or provide personal information.
   • Do not create or join LINE groups as instructed.
   • Delete the email immediately.

3. In Case You Have Already Responded

   If you have already sent a QR code or engaged in communication, stop immediately.
