After working on system development and operations at a telecommunications company, he engaged in both in-house product development and contract development at a human resources system development startup that began with just a few members.
As the company scaled, he took on the responsibility of managing the entire development department, which led him to discover Scrum.
He attended a Certified ScrumMaster training course in 2008 and began implementing Scrum on a full scale.
Driven by a desire to widely support organizations in improving their development practices and structures, he joined Odd-e in 2012.
Currently, he visits clients who wish to adopt Scrum or build better development processes and organizations, providing hands-on support as an Agile Coach, as well as conducting workshops and training sessions.
Motto
"Make work interesting"
I used to say 'Make work fun,' but because the Japanese word for 'fun' (raku) was often misunderstood as 'taking the easy way out,' I changed it to 'interesting'.
