After graduating from university, he was involved in various small to large-scale contract web development projects, working primarily as a front-end engineer.
He initially joined his previous company, BizReach, as a front-end engineer. However, as the organization actively embraced Scrum, he developed a strong interest in the framework and successfully transitioned into a full-time Scrum Master role.
He joined Odd-e Japan in June 2022.
