本トレーニングは、Scrum Alliance® 公認の継続学習コースです

Odd-e の LeSS トレーナーである Viktor Grgić（ヴィクター・グルジッチ）がトレーナーを務め、Odd-e の Agile コーチである 榎本 明仁（Aki）が、通訳にて日本語でのサポートを行います。アクティビティやディスカッションを含め、全て日本語で行いますので、英語に自信のない方も安心してご参加いただけます。

※The trainer, Viktor Grgić is English speaker. However, this course has a lot of group activity. Most of attendances likely to speak only Japanese, so you need to communicate in Japanese with other attendances. If you do not speak Japanese, please let us know before you register.

■ トレーニングの内容

組織の複雑性を減らしながら大規模で複雑なプロダクトを継続的にデリバリーし続けるのと同時に、アジャイルの原理・原則から外れずに本当の意味での改善をするにはどうしていけば良いのか？

これが、本トレーニングを通じて学ぶことです。

大規模スクラム（Large-Scale Scrum：LeSS）は、複数チームでプロダクト開発をおこなうためのシンプルなフレームワークです。

大規模スクラム（Large-Scale Scrum：LeSS）は、経験主義、クロスファンクショナルな自己管理チームといったスクラムの原理・原則を守りながら、大規模で開発するためのフレームワークです。

大規模スクラム（Large-Scale Scrum：LeSS）は、大規模開発でスクラムを適応する際にシンプルな構造、ルールとガイドを提供してくれます。

暫定認定LeSS実践者トレーニング（Provisional Certified LeSS Practitioner: Principles to Practices：pCLP）は、LeSS の原理原則、ルール、ガイドを深く探求します。あなたのプロダクト開発グループで、LeSS の導入や改善を行う上で重要な情報を得ることができます。本コースでは、LeSS の概要、LeSS 導入の事例、ワークショップや、LeSS の延長線上にある Q&A を通じて参加者のみなさまが興味のあるテーマをカバーしていきます。

暫定認定LeSS実践者トレーニングは、ソフトウェアのプロダクト開発に関わる全ての方々に向けてのトレーニングとなります。なお、基礎的なスクラム知識がある前提でのトレーニングとなりますので、認定スクラムマスター（Certified ScrumMaster®：CSM®）、プロフェショナルスクラムマスターコース（Professional ScrumMaster course：PSM）を受講されている方、もしくはスクラム入門など、スクラムに関する資料を熟読されているかたが対象となります。

オンラインツールは、Zoom と Miro を利用しますが、Zoom の音声と映像の両方が使えることが、参加の必須条件となります。

すべての受講者のみなさまは、認定 LeSS 実践者の資格と、less.works（https://less.works/） のアカウントを取得できます。less.works では、LeSS に関する様々な情報を取得いただけます。また、研修の情報や他の受講者とのつながりを持っていただくこともできます。

■ 暫定版と対面での認定LeSS実践者の違い

主な暫定認定LeSS実践者と対面での認定LeSS実践者の違いは下記の通りです：

• 「暫定認定LeSS実践者研修（pCLP）」はオンラインで、「認定LeSS実践者研修（CLP）」は対面です。
• オンラインイベントでよくある問題は集中力を維持するのが難しい、家で起こる事柄にじゃまされやすい、技術的な問題など
• もちろん、移動しなくて良い、複数のセッションに分割して実施可能などメリットももちろんあります。
• いくつかのグループでのエクセサイズは対面で物理的なホワイトボードを使っての議論とは異なります
• 対面環境でのファシリテーション方法を体験して頂けない代わりにオンラインでのファシリテーション方法を体験して頂けます
• 受講者間での雑談が減る事により、お互いの経験を共有する場が少なくなります

このコースではLeSSの知識を提供、共有する事を重要視していますが、これは対面での認定LeSS実践者でも同様です。このコースはLeSSをさらに探求したい方、特に現在LeSS導入中の方に効果的です。ただし、上記にあるように対面での認定LeSS実践者とは体験が異なるので、認定LeSS実践者の資格は付与しない事とします。代わりに、暫定認定LeSS実践者（pCLP）の資格を得ることになります。ただし、この認定証は対面でのLeSSコース（LeSS and Learnなど）に参加する事で将来的にアップグレードして頂く事ができます。

もし、あなたが暫定認定LeSS実践者を受講したら、LeSSサイトのアカウントが付与され、LeSS本（英語）や他の学習マテリアル（英語）など以前は認定LeSS実践者と経営者向け認定LeSSの保持者しかアクセスできなかった情報にアクセスが可能となります。そして、認定LeSS実践者と同様に認定資格は２年毎に更新が可能です。

The objective is to understand what it takes to continuously deliver a large/complex product while reducing organizational complexity—at the same time, being able to bring real improvement without compromising the Agile principles.

Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a simple framework for product development with multiple teams. LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles such as empiricism, cross-functional self-managing teams and provides a framework for applying that at scale. It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.

The Provisional Certified LeSS Practitioner course is an in-depth course covering the LeSS principles, framework, rules, and guides. It provides essential information for adopting and improving LeSS to your product development group. The course contains an overview of LeSS, stories on LeSS adoptions, exercises, and extensive LeSS Q&A to ensure we discuss the topics most of the interest to the participants.

The Provisional Certified LeSS Practitioner course is for anyone involved in a software product delivery. Basic Scrum knowledge is expected and can be achieved by attending a Certified ScrumMaster or a Professional ScrumMaster course, or thoroughly reading Scrum introduction material such as the Scrum Primer and practicing Scrum.

Both video and audio through Zoom are required from all participants during the course. The main tools will be Miro and Zoom.
