去る2018年2月8日（木）に開催されたAgile Singapore主催のイベントに弊社 金井 大輝が登壇し、『Similarities of Playing Guitar and Coding』と題して、お話をさせていただきました。
弊社Odd-e Japan（オッドイー・ジャパン）のCTO（最高技術責任者）であり、10年に渡ってジャズ・ロックバンド（吹き上げ）のギタリストとして活動を続けている金井 大輝。
今回、Agile Singapore主催のイベントに参加し、シンガポールのTitansoft社にて、「Similarities of Playing Guitar and Coding」と題し、ギタープレイとコーディングの類似点についてお話をさせていただきました。
日本のことわざ（Japanese proverb Hyakubunhaikken'nishikazu）のひとつ「百聞は一見にしかず（one look is worth a thousand words）」に沿って、自身がギター演奏スキル、そしてプログラミングスキルを得てきたステップをひとつずつ紐解きました。
新たなスキル取得から練習を積むことを重ね、自分のモノになるまでの過程をご紹介し、また、新たなスキルを詰め込みすぎると混乱を招くことも経験を交えてご紹介いたしました。
金井のLTを起点に、Stanly Lau（Agile Shingapore）のオーガナイズにより、参加者全員でディスカッションし活気に満ちた場となりました。
また、当日金井が使用したスライド「Similarities of Playing Guitar and Coding」を、SlideShare にて公開しています。
